How to Use ClipShare
What is ClipShare?
ClipShare is a clipboard history manager and sharing tool. It allows you to temporarily store text clips, share them with others via temporary links, and view content shared by others using share codes.
Basic Usage
Add Content
Simply paste or type text in the input area at the top of the page. You can also click the "Paste System Clip" button to quickly paste content from your clipboard.
Manage Clips
Your clips are automatically saved in your browser. You can delete or share any clip by clicking the respective buttons on each clip item.
Search Clips
Use the search bar to find specific clips by content or tags.
Sharing Features
Publish a Clip
Click the "Share" button on any clip to publish it. This generates a share link and QR code that you can share with others.
Quick Share
Use the "Quick Share" button to immediately publish content without saving it as a draft.
Import Shared Clips
Enter a share code in the "Import Shared Clip" section to view and save content shared by others.
Clip Status
Published
These clips are publicly accessible via their share links and QR codes.
Draft
These clips are only stored in your browser and are not accessible to others.
Useful Tips
- Unshared content stays only in your browser and is not sent to any server.
- Shared content automatically deletes after 10 minutes.
- Do not share confidential or sensitive information.
- You can access the same clips from the same browser, but they won't sync across different devices unless you use the same browser profile.
